The Organisers (“Organisers”) of the Conference is the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) specifically its Deep Earth Imaging Future Science Platform. CSIRO has engaged The Association Specialists (TAS) to manage Sub22, including registration, bookings and payments.

All enquiries relating these matters should be directed to The Association Specialists at sub22@theassociationspecialists.com.au

When registering to attend the conference, you accept the following registration terms:

If we discover an error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.

2. PAYMENTS

  •   Once registration is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued.
  •   Full payment must be received in order to be considered registered for the Conference.
  •   Payment should be made online with valid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or by electronic bank transfer. All bank fees are to be covered by the remitter.

5. COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

We are very much looking forward to seeing you at Sub22 in November 2022 and are still currently planning for an in-person event at the National Wine Centre Adelaide 28-30 November 2022. While we acknowledge the world of uncertainty we are all experiencing, we are still encouraging attendees to register for planning purposes and have outlined the below various cancellation scenarios to assist you with your planning.

What happens to my registration if CSIRO cancels the conference due to government restrictions?
In the event of the cancellation of the Conference, all registrations and associated components of attendance such as social functions and pre or post conference workshops will be cancelled, and amounts refunded in full.
What happens to my registration if the Conference shifts from face to face to fully virtual?
All attendees will automatically be transferred to a virtual registration, and any difference in fees will be refunded.
What happens to my registration if the Conference is postponed?
In the event of an event postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new Conference dates. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $100 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline of the revised conference dates. If unsure, contact us and we are happy to assist.
What happens to my registration is my state borders are closed to South Australia?
In the event that the state borders are closed between 27 November and 1 December 2022, from your departing city to Adelaide and you are therefore unable to attend the Conference, a refund will be offered to all registered attendees minus a $100 administration fee.
